Towing There is a lack of servo assistance when the engine is not running. Considerably higher forces are then required for braking and steering. Electric cables or plug connections damaged Hydraulic unit has sprung out of the mounting and cannot just be installed again If this does not apply, the system must nevertheless be subjected to a thorough function check. The solenoid valves and pump must be checked using the corresponding test steps in the Diagnosis Manual. ETS only The control module must be coded with the Hand-Held Tester when the ETS control module is replaced. The code numbers can be displayed by pressing the "?" key.
