GF82.30-P-4008A Function of wiper motor lock-up protection 14.12.96

MODEL  202 as of 1.6.97

The signal acquisition and actuation module (SAM) (N10/1) recognizes when the wiper motor (M6/1) is locked up by the absence of signals from the cam switch.
If the motor is actuated in stage 1, the SAM switches off the motor when it has not received any signals for longer than 12 seconds.
If the motor is switched to stage 2 and the SAM does not receive any signals from the cam switch for longer than 4 seconds, the SAM first switches the motor back to stage 1. If no signals are recognized for a period of longer than 8 seconds, the SAM switches off the motor completely.
